A walk for healthier relationships!

How often do you walk or run?

How often do you walk? Do you walk to work or school? That’s not walking. When was the last time you walked for the sake of taking a walk?

Walks are so special! They aren’t just healthier for you but they help you be a better person. Late night walks drive me crazy! What makes them so special?

After a long day at work and having your daily meal in evening it’s a good idea to take your beloved one for a walk. These walks make you talk. Relationships are healthier when people communicate naturally!

It’s not that you don’t talk your heart out at home with your special one. It’s just that when you walk together, you grow together and things evolve. Talks go way beyond what you’d have had seating at the couch.

When you walk you look around a thousand different things and you both see them together. Your talks evolve. Even if you’re an introvert or a shy person talking comes naturally to you. Walking helps you look at things, life and society at an altogether different level. Even if you take the same road to work on bike daily I bet you’ll see things a lot differently when you take a walk!

Give your soul and heart a good time! Take a walk just for the sake of walking. Observe the changes it brings to your personality and relationships. May it be your friendship, brotherhood or romantic relationships walking is the way forward! Try taking her for a post dinner walk for a couple of days and let me know how she thanks you!
